Haddock fish

On the rare occasion, we New Yorkers have to show our friends in Boston a little love. And it starts with the way they do quality seafood. Everybody knows lobster, clam chowder, and oysters. But there’s also haddock. This sweet-and-lean, flaky white fish with a subtle sea taste is a New England favorite sourced from cold Atlantic waters. These thick, firm haddock fillets are beautiful pan-fried with a side of buttery potatoes and a couple ice-cold beers.
